Post 4: A person I would like to meet

 

 

I was raised in a very restricted and religious environment, so obviously I fell in love with Guillermo del Toro movies, even though these movies had elements that my religion didn't allow they were unnoticed because of how subtle his work was. I loved "Pan's labyrinth" and all of its religious iconography and they served as an introduction to comic book movies with his movie "Hellboy", but it wasn't until recently that I fell rendered to his wonderful world in "Crimson Peak" and "The Shape of Water"He has also worked as an executive in other productions that are also some of my favorites like "The Orphanage" and "Splice", but his charisma and his greatness as a person really call my attention, He is a simple man, he made me cry with his speech in the Oscar ceremony of 2018, and it motivated me completely to study theatrical design, I wasn't so sure about studying this until that moment, but his modesty and his vision of the world were the main trigger for my decision.
Right now I am playing a game in which he plays one of the characters, he lent his voice and his image for the creation of this, and I find this game to be very  interesting and entertaining, I know that his character is not really him, but seeing him and listening to his voice makes me feel closer to him. I wish to be able to meet him some day, and tell him how inspiring I find him to be in my life
